We monitor and assess observations, trends, and alerts.
When we observe indications of a potential fraud attack, payment system failure, cost variance, or business process problem, we analyze data to identify root causes, eliminate false alarms, and establish priorities. We then work collaboratively with our clients to develop and execute an incident response plan that will provide the most efficient and appropriate resolution to the problem.
Each month, we prepare and deliver a report that summarizes key observations and trends in a range of categories to provide executive management with at-a-glance insights into important trends and recommendations.
